We've had these chairs for six years and love sitting in them. They take up very little space and are effective. The locking wheels can be a slight pain, they flip down frequently, but that is minor for what the chair offers.

I love this chair. I suffer from lower back pains and bought the chair to improve my posture and reduce backpain. This is much better than going to a physical therapist.

I bought this chair for my lovely fiancee who is an RYT so she has what i would kindly put as qualified standards of her products and she loves this item. She actually enjoys sitting on this chair. only critique is the ball was smaller than i had expected. We actually can fit a larger ball in the chair just fine (also a Gaiam ball) so no complaints. we are pretty easy to work with! Oh, and the Shipping was tremendously fast. Over Performed!
