I have been using this chair for a couple of months now. It took a few weeks of going back-and-forth to my old chair and this chair before I was strong enough to solely use this chair. Now I can sit in it for over 10 hours of working a day, of course taking breaks every once in a while to walk around the office. It has definitely been great. The casters have been excellent, and once inflated to the proper fullness the ball chair has been wonderful. It took me a couple days to figure out the right fullness for me. Many people from around my office have also expressed interest in getting the chair once they try it. I am 5' 7 1/2" and it can easily go taller than this. I am going to get my husband one now too and he is 6 foot two. We're going to try it first without getting the risers for him. But knowing the risers are now an option, we both know that this is the right chair for him too. As a side note, I had to move offices from one division to another division recently. It took them a day to bring me my old stuff. I had to use their ergonomically friendly office chairs for half a day before my stuff got moved over. I was practically in tears because my back hurt so much using their ergonomic chair! Sitting in my ball chair for a day and a half after that made everything all better! I have the chair in the wasabi. I love it. A lot of people love it. But it does kind of look like a toy. If that kind of thing will bother you, get a more professional color.
Fast shipping, easy assembly (although a simple diagram would be helpful). Still in the adjustment period, I can't use the chair for 8 full hours of work yet. Unfortunately, the pump that is included in the price was not included in the box. I borrowed a pump (because my bicycle pump does not have a ball adapter) and now I have determined that the ball needs more air. So i guess I have to buy a pump or adapter, would be much easier if the pump had been sent with it. Oh well. The chair is comfortable and forces me to sit straighter and use ab, glut and leg muscles.
No problems at all, love the chair. The metal bar that holds the ball in broke after 3 months, but they sent me a new one- stand behind the product. The only partial thing I would say is the coasters are not high quality and don't roll real easy, but it really doesn't affect the chair at all. I would highly recommend.

I love this chair. It keeps my knees slightly below my hips (which I believe is the correct way to sit). It keeps me from crossing my legs and keeps my posture properly aligned. The only thing that I can say negative is the 'brake' on two of the wheels seems to lock easily (without me wanting them to lock). I wish it would be a little harder to lock the wheels. I'll look down when it's hard to roll and sure enough, they've locked themselves again somehow.

It was a little hard to learn not to lean back on the backrest... but other than that, this is a great chair. I know it keeps me moving more than my regular desk chair does, and I practice sitting straighter too. I thought it would be hard to get used to, but I didn't have any troubles. Good chair if you want to work on posture and core muscles during the day.
I have been using this ball chair for about 3 weeks and really love it. The only thing I wish were a little different is if sat higher to reach the key board better. I'm making do and loving my ball chair.
