I got this chair to replace my desk chair at work and I absolutely love it. Very comfortable. Definitely helps improve posture. Now if only the boss would pay for it!!

Requested this as a Christmas gift. I set it up immediately Christmas morning and used it all day. So much better for my back than sitting on the sofa. I've taken it to work. I work 12 to 14 hour shifts - mostly sitting. I have felt a tremendous diffence in my back since using this chair. I'm just having a difficult time keeping my co-workers off it when I'm not there. I've told them to get their own! And now I want another one for my home office.

I've had my chair for over a year now, using it at work 4 days a week. I used to sit and crack my back all the time in my swivel desk chair, but after getting acclimated to the ball chair, I no longer do that. It took some getting used to, especially on the sit bones, but now it's become pretty familiar. It forces me to remain aware of my spine and my foot placement, which is very beneficial. However, the metal support bar has since broken (one side has snapped off at the threaded area) and it's near impossible to maneuver around without the ball coming off the base. I don't see a place to order that and I highly doubt it can be resoldered. Can you help?

Love my balance ball chair

I love being able to take a break and do some core exercises. The ball chair reminds me to do the exercises. And then it's always there for me to do the exercises on! I recommend you ease into it. The first day, I just did a few minutes at a time, then switched back to the regular chair. By the end of the week, I was on the ball chair all day. My only complaint is the one others have listed: the casters accidentally lock all the time. Very annoying. That's really a design flaw that should get fixed. But overall I love it!
