This chair is very comfortable and I look forward to putting it to use for exercise purposes. So far have only used it as my computer desk chair. I like that it slides right under the slim desk that I use. No high back sticking up or out. Will try to post more after I work out with it.

I finally bought this ball chair for my home office and am so glad I did. My only regret is WAITING SO LONG. :) I am a professor, researcher, and dissertation writer (finishing my PhD), so I sit at my desk a lot. I am also an avid exerciser/athlete, which is the focus of most of my research (exercise and well being). After dealing with a 9 month back injury that has kept me from running for the same period of time, I decided to try this ball chair to improve my back strength. I LOVE THIS BALL CHAIR. I not only enjoy the benefit of knowing I am practicing good posture and activating my core while I am working, but the bounce improves my mood. I often times tell my friends and family that a little bounce makes the day brighter, and that is why I love my chair so much. Once I finish my dissertation, I would love to do a study in the workplace on the impact balance ball chairs have on productivity and mood. Now, I hope no one steals my idea before I get to it! BOUNCE ON, EVERYONE! PS. I am buying one of these for my daughter's dorm room and for my boyfriend's office. :)

I have recommended this chair to friends and co-workers alike. I have no back pain and am actually receiving complements on my posture.
