I Love my Balance Ball Chair! I have it at my office, where I now find myself sitting up straight for hours without fatigue, whereas in a regular chair I usually slouch. I had been having shoulder and neck discomfort, but no more. My patients remark about the unusual chair, which opens up a discussion on healthy lifestyle changes. Every one of my colleagues has tried the chair and could (like me) immediately feel the difference in posture and the core muscles working. I am very happy I bought this. My only wish is that I had done it sooner!
