I love my balance ball chair!

In a short amount of time, this chair has been made a vast improvement in my sewing room over the office chair I was using. Whether at the sewing machine or at a table, I was sitting up straight and very comfortable - no backache after sitting for long periods. Also excellent in front of the computer. My only complaint, as others have pointed out, is the locking wheels locking too easily. I plan to move mine to the back where, hopefully, they will stay unlocked until needed. Haven't had a chance to use the accessories yet but I hope to soon.

I bought this item a month ago. Before buying this item I was using a fitness ball for a couple month. So I knew how did it work. This item was so easy to assemble. It took only 5 minutes. So far I just have use as a chair for a computer desk. I love it !!

My "ergonomic" work chair was causing a hip problem (I am 28) and my PT recommended a ball. I was using it for 9 months, when I saw this ball chair. This is so much better- I can easily adjust my position, and roll around, which I can see now was a pain with just the ball. I would recommend this to anyone who feels uncomfortable in a normal chair.
