I've used my balance ball as a chair at my desk for years, but my masseuse recommended I purchase the chair so my posture would be better. He was right and it was worth the purchase price. I didn't realize how much I was leaning forward just using the ball without the chair.

I use this balance ball chair at my desk in the yoga studio. After adjusting the air, the firmness is now right for me. I find that you really have no choice but to align one vertebrae on top the other and that's GOOD! I should have bought the one without the back on it as this one takes up more room and you don't lean against the back anyhow.

I purchased this chair after my brother-in-law (who is a chiropractor) recommended it. Although some of my office mates gave me some good natured ribbing, I have to say I do not regret getting this chair at all. It took some time to use it all day, but I think that it has really helped my back and overall posture. After just 2 weeks, my husband said that I looked taller this morning. I highly recommend this chair.

So I felt the chair work immediately! Even as at first the ball couldn't be inflated to max capacity. However just like I have read from other reviewers here, the wheels lock up quite easily. It's definitely something that I am aware of almost as much as my core while in the chair. Still awesome product! But I dunno. I may actually just buy spare wheels from other chairs to see if that may help?
