Awesome, I have only had this for a few weeks and I can already feel a difference with my siatica, hips, entire back not to mention my core. Even though I am short I will have to order the leg extentions to raise me higher.

I bought the BalanceBall Chair to use at work. I was so disappointed because it hurt my back more than it helped it. I will be returning it.

This chair I was not going to buy it because I just think it really does nothing for you, but the more I was reading online and getting some of the facts straight I said to myself its time to do something about your back...Just under $100.00 I buy it, after about 3-4 days using this Balance Ball, I notice that my back pains are much least and while I am working I am doing some of the exercise to make my core stronger. Some of the people that I work with seen me with my new Balance Ball and now the entire work staff has one. Thank you Gaiam, your product works 100% and I am very happy, Harry Irvine

PROS • Extremely comfortable-- seriously off-the-charts comfy! • Easy to assemble • Price CONS • Off-gassing plastic/vinyl smell (and worse) I've had the chair over a week and it still smells too strong to use. I'VE TRIED • Leaving it outside It's been outside for a week. When I bring it inside, my house smells like vinyl and I get queasy. • Washing it with soapy water But that has not helped. I'm going to give it another week outside... maybe even wash it every day. I'll revise my review in another week; hopefully the smell will be gone and I'll be using the chair by then!

The plastic backing of the seat hurts my back if I lean on it. But I guess I'm supposed to sit straight and not lean on it anyways. But the other issue is my ball deflates pretty quickly.
