I've been using the chair for about 2 weeks now and my lower back problems have greatly improved. It is very light weight and easy to roll. It forces me to sit straighter and not slouch like I could do in my regular office chair. I'd recommend to anyone working in an office who experiences lower back pain.

This chair is phenomenal. I'm a bigger guy so I am putting it to the test on a daily basis. This is my computer chair and the base and ball have held up well. The wheel locks work great (even if sometimes by accident). The pump is easy to use and small enough to store without hassle.

When this chair arrives the balance ball looks like it is too small. After calling customer service,they said that was normal and that in a day or two it would soften and could be blown bigger... And that it did! Maybe Gaim could add that in the " getting started instructions"... Will it help my back? Hope so...but balance ball makes you shift and move more which must be good if one sits a long time...

When I selected this chair, specs on it said that it was someone that was 5'-5'11". I am only 5'6" but it is too short. I know there are risers that can be purchased but they should have come with it since it is so short. Paying more postage is not on my radar screen.

It's so comfortable! After 2 weeks my back and stomach muscles are happier, healthier, and getting stronger! You may be a little achy for the first week or so while your muscles adjust. I also feel more alert and my posture is better! Two thumbs up!
