Great chair at a reasonable rate. I have already noticed a difference in how I sit and maintain my posture. It forces you to sit correctly. The ball is adjustable for size and height. It is easy to assemble and fits perfectly!

Got this chair as a gift from my wonderful boss on my third anniversary at work. It is fantastic! I started a wellness program in March of 2008, including Yoga and Pilates and this chair blends right in. I would recommend it to anyone with back pain that wants to strengthen thier core.

I bought one for myself and then as a birthday gift for my son. Great for at work and helping keep Core and posture in place. The metal holder snapped after a month with me and after a week on my sons. Giaim customer rep said to send a pic with my order # -did that for both and have yet to hear anything from them. WARNING; NOT great customer service.

I have persistent lower back pain when I spend too much time sitting at my desk, which is a bad thing for someone who works in a cubical all day! I've been using it for a few weeks now, and I've noticed I don't wake up in the morning with back pain any more. It makes me use good posture for the most part, or at least I am more conscious of it. It is definitely worth the price.
