Serious wine collector

This is probably the next logical progression for the serious collector. Not budget busting but has good features. High end shelving and a dual zone make this adequately attractive. The unit runs smoothly with negligible sounds. I currently use it as a freestanding unit but I’ll eventually get it situated with cabinetry.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Wine Refrigerator For Its Size

Wow, this is a great quality wine refrigerator for the size and price. Our living and dining rooms are not exceptionally large, so we wanted a compact unit to put between them. Although compact, this unit still holds 92 bottles, which is just 4 bottles shy of 8 cases. The wine refrigerator is designed to be built into cabinetry but can also be used as free standing in any room. The top and sides are black steel while the door is stainless steel and glass. This is an extremely attractive wine refrigerator, and my wife just loves the way it looks in our home.
As far as functionality, having dual temperature zones is a nice feature, if you want your white wines kept at a cooler temperature than your red wines. The internal fans do a good job of keeping the internal temperature fairly even from top to bottom. I used an infrared thermometer to check bottle temperature throughout the day and temperature remained consistent. I personally have both zones set to 55°F and bottle temperature is 55° ±1°. To be exact, bottle temperature on the top two shelves is 54°, the bottom two shelves is 56°, with bottles on all shelves in between at a solid 55°.
If we were ever to move and wanted a bigger wine refrigerator, I would look first to Whynter for our upgrade.
