I reported to Customer Service that the filter that came with my new Water Dispenser would not stop leaking. They only said to tightened it further. No replacement filter or actual helpful response.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had this about 2 months and no complaints at all. It is nice having all the filtered water i need without having to wait. The spicket works great. I fill empty water bottles and keep them handy where i use it the most like next to the coffee maker, pantry, office and bedroom. This is the only filter that i found that removes lead. A few years ago while renovating a bathroom, the plumber cut into an old copper pipe and found that half the ID was lined with hard gunk that i assumed the city was removing and testing on a regular basis. I thought we had good water. The tester showed otherwise. I think about all that "gunk" that i have put in my body. Not worrying about it anymore and the water tastes great. I am very happy with Zerowater and would recommend it to my friends and family. The glass container is good looking too.

So disappointing. The spout leaked all over my counter & ruined the entire countertop overnight. I then added foodsafe silicone around spout & IT STILL LEAKS.

I try to avoid any plastic as much as i can, so i was happy to know that Zero Water has a glass big water dispenser. The turn on and off valve could be better but overall I'm happy with my purchase.

I used zero water filters for years but used the 32 cups plastic container. I ordered this one 2 months ago and I can't be more satisfied. The glass container is better looking, less refilling and hygienic. I recommend this product, the delivery takes about a week, the packaging is secured.
