Pretty amazing results! I was skeptical about this filtering system but totally met my expectations. The water tastes great-even California water! I have the glass pitcher it looks great,the base is sturdy, glass is light but good quality the only thing I didn't like was the plastic spigot, but so far everything is working good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like the look and how big it is, but I hadn’t even emptied it once and the seal started leaking. Without the seal, the whole product is worthless.

I was kinda worried that our water (TDS 300s) might be too tough to filter at the rate we drink water (we refill this about twice a day for myself and my husband) that we will be burning through the filters but it’s been nearly two months and the water is still reading 0. I’m very impressed and the gross taste from the tap water is completely gone.

Nice looking, but the design needs some major work

We wanted something that the kids could pour for themselves, and while we still use it, there are some very frustrating flaws. The spigot is too high, so you will always have stagnant water below it. A green algae ring will eventually form before our water tester tells us that it is time to change the filter. Zerowater, please fix this design flaw.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best tasting water and so easy to use

After years of crawling under the sink to replace filters on a reverse osmosis filter, we found Zero Water.
The Zero Water 40-cup water dispenser is convenient and easy to use. Our water tastes better than ever. I love that I can test it with a meter rather than relying on a green light to change to red to know to that it is time to change the filter!

One day of use. Foul taste & Smell in water.

I brought this 1 day back. First day, water tasted great.. PPM 0 as promised. Second day, there was a foul smell and taste in water, PPM came 475. How come such drastic change in PPM where my tap water PPM remained same.

I enjoy and use the product regularly. Water from this urn gets used in coffee, cooking, beverages, etc. The materials of the glass and metal parts seems solid. The biggest design weakness so far is how high up the spigot is. Several cups of water are basically inaccessible.
