This is my fourth Zero water product over the years. I've had two pitchers then I bought the 30 cup plastic (all worked excellently). I use filtered water for tea and cooking, so this is a crucial addition to the health arsenal. Unfortunately, when I got this 40 cup glass unit, Fedex delivered box of shattered glass (I was so upset). I called customer service and they sent me a replacement. It's now sitting prettily on my countertop. Has smaller footprint than 30 cup unit. Thanks for great product and great service.

So far so good, it’s beautiful on my counter and going on our 2nd day without having to fill. We’ve been using zero water pitchers for years, but would have to fill constantly all day.. love it!!

Beautiful and great size! We had the 23 cup, family of 6 needed and upgrade. Plus, I wanted the glass! I just wish the spout was metal and not plastic.

Love it. Wish the spigot would pour out at a higher volume of water. Also I purchased it for the extra water capacity but there is 2 inches of water on the bottom that can not be accessed because of the location of the spigot. Other than that. Very pleased with ZERO water in General

I absolutely love my new water dispenser. Now I have clean water for ice cubes, tea, coffee and cooking. I do have a small kitchen with limited counter space but I made room for this necessity.

The only reason for four rather than five stars is because it needs to be at the edge of the countertop in order for a cup to fit under the faucet. I don’t want the children to pull on the faucet to get it closer to the edge, so I keep it close to the edge all the time. I will get my husband to cut a wood slab to set it on to allow it to set further from the edge.
