The water filter dispenser is really nice looking. We have it located on the kitchen counter right next to the coffee pot. It's huge capacity is also well liked, because we don't have to fill it every time we make a pot of coffee.

Whatever you do, don’t drop an invisible plastic washer, which won’t stay on spigot before assembly. My seat cushion ate one until I found it.
Perhaps hose washer would work but I prefer the real thing. Cats’ dish remains below and I can tap at will. Gallon jug at sink fills it nicely once a day. Twenty cup dispenser remains by sink and coffee maker. Both are wonderful, sometimes filled from brita pitchers. Catmandan

Did experience some vapor lock, called customer service and was remedied easily by placing a paper towel between the lid and back of the pitcher, I really like this pitcher....

We are very happy with how this dispenser both looks and performs. This dispenser replaced a smaller plastic zero water dispenser that we are also happy with but wanted a nicer look.
