excellent gravity water filtration. This is the second unit. Originally, we started with the twenty-eight cup Zero Water dispenser which is still working well. Can use a bit design improvement such as better-quality spigot and lowering its mount location on the dispenser. In general, filtered water from this filter system is one of the best I have tasted.

It is hard to get the dispenser to empty before it needs to be refilled. Otherwise it is beautiful! But not practical.

The glass container is meant to be filled continuously, thus making the water beneath the spigot irrelevant. Once the water tests above the 006ppm mark simply empty the entire container into your sink then rinse, dry, and replace the filter.

The filter delivers on its promise . We have really hard water and it brings the solids to zero. The only problem is that each filter lasts only 1 week and they are very expensive. We loved the filter but we are not sure we will continue to use it because of the cost.

The washers are no good. They cave in and deform when you try to tighten the nut for the spigot. Also the nut is not the right size. It wobbles and will stay tight.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The filter for how big it is doesn't last very long. Filter is way overpriced for the amount of filtered water you get out of it.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. Filter life is based on the quality of the water being filtered. The higher the TDS reading the shorter the filter life and vice versa. Test your tap water and use the chart in the link below to determine the average number of gallons based on your specific tap water TDS reading.
