We were so pleased with our 1st ZW Dispenser we purchased a 2nd one for our boat. I was skeptical about the initial purchase living up to the claims but after several liters of water we could not only taste but see the difference between our municipal water and the filtered water. Even more so on our boat. We use marina water in our tanks and have been for over 30 years. We were careful to boil our water before purchasing our dispenser. Now we just run the water through and its safe and ready to drink. We highly recommend you give ZW a chance and feel quite confident you will discover what we did -- delicious water.

I would not buy this again for several reasons: when the water level is low, the glass is unstable on the base; the spigot is not made (in my opinion) to Zero Water standards I've seen in the past. It is only a question of time before it breaks. It also takes up more room on the counter than I anticipated.

Lever action spigot works well although it would be better if it had a stronger flow. The filter requires max tightening to get a proper seal with no leaks. Same experience with 3 filters so far from an 8 pack purchase. They don't seem to fit as well as they do on our 23 cup zerowater product. The new light blue integrated rubber ring on the filter pack does not work as well as the older black o-ring

I was a little surprised at the almost grade school components and assembled product for the market price, but it works well, so no complaints there. My only real issue is that the dispensing valve is set a little high on the container which leaves approximately a quart of filtered water beneath it which must be removed by upending the entire container for cleaning. A little inconvenient, but not impossible to live with since the filters do exactly what they are advertised to do. It is, to date, the best water pitcher filtration set up I have used.

Disappointed that the spicket is plastic. Slower flow than the other push button ZeroWater dispenser just replaced. Overall happy with the dispenser though, definitely an upgrade, looks wise (over the blue plastic dispenser), sitting on the counter.

Very Disappointed in the Design and Usefulness

The container will only fill less than halfway up and the spigot is very slow as the water level lowers. Also, the spigot is too high from the base so tipping is required to get water out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
