Thank you for making such a beautiful and large water filter pitcher. I love it. I tested the water and it was zero which I love. I don't mind the spigot location I think it's great, I'm fine with keeping it filled. Mine went on great and doesn't leak with hand tightening. I've been able to filter nearly 3 gallons of water and it's just touching the white part. I just filled an old gallon jug about 3 times and got a nice beautiful amount of filtered water. It looks so pretty. I'm very happy with it. THANK YOU FOR THE BEAUTIFUL DESIGN. I think the filters are worth it comparatively when buying jugs of water etc. which I was doing because my tap water is 112. yuk. I love the glass! THANKS!

The spigot started to leak after just a few months. The washer is loose and even when you tighten the spigot it still leaks. Also, like another reviewer stated, it is poorly designed with the spigot a few inches above the bottom of the filter so you can never get the water at the bottom out - although the manufacturer says this is to fit a glass under it - this is still a terrible idea because hygienically you can NEVER empty the water filter - old water just sits there as you keep adding new water to it since you can never empty it. Terrible design and like I said, it leaks all the time. I have had to keep it propped over my sink so that it can leak all day into the sink instead of all over my kitchen counter and floor.

The glass container is meant to be filled continuously, thus making the water beneath the spigot irrelevant. Once the water tests above the 006ppm mark simply empty the entire container into your sink then rinse, dry, and replace the filter. Dispenser is super slow, the pitcher is a better option. It also takes a long time to fill.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. From time to time the filter can develop an air lock, some little air pockets or air bubbles that get trapped down inside the filter. Typically this is an easy and quick fix, simply remove the filter from the container and unscrew it from the tray. Then hold the filter sideways/horizontal and grip the filter very tightly and shake the filter with some good force side to side and back and forth 8 to 10 times. This will loosen the filter media and break the air lock.

Water tasted terrible compared to other water filters, and plastic spigot leaked from the get go. Too much plastic touching water, and poor design results in "stranded" water at the bottom of the reservoir, too low to be dispensed through the leaking spigot. Not a good buy

I don’t have very much room on my kitchen counter but made room for this water dispenser. We have well water with 3 filters and a UV light. I tested it and was 131 after going through ZeroWater it was zero. Tastes delicious.

The spigot is cheap and leaks. You have to keep a towel or bowl underneath the spigot. It's cheap plastic.

We saved up to order this for our apartment kitchen which was renovated before we rented it. It’s a pretty glass container. Right now it sits on the edge of the sink because it hasn’t stopped leaking from the spout. This also diminishes the filter and is wasteful. I contacted customer service and Josh replied that he would sent a new spout. I replied to the email with my physical address. He said to allow 5-7 business days. That was on July 27. Today is August 14. If he sent it the next day it should have been here last week. Thoroughly disappointed. This is the number one complaint for this product and the company. I’m at loss. I will be emailing again today to see what happened. It be nice to get a new filter too considering we lost so much of its filtering to leakage. It’s a gorgeous item but not worth much when it leaks nonstop. Do better be better. I’m talking to you Josh, senior customer service manager 1. We are hoping the problem is resolved. But this seems to be such an issue. I would like to know, why haven’t you redesigned it yet?
