Total Disaster what were you thinking?

I hate this pitcher.... yes hate. Its nothing like the others. It leaks over the handle every time you fill it. You also can’t move it after you fill it, because it pours all over the place. There is no seal to hold the water in like the others either. This is a disaster. It’s nothing like the regular pitchers and I’m greatly disappointed. It also waste a lot of water hen your trying to fill bottles because it bounces as you pour.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

ZeroWater Meets Our Needs

I am so grateful that ZeroWater continues releasing new and innovative products to meet our needs. The round pitcher reminds me of a watering can that allows us to hydrate and nourish our bodies from the inside out. It has a sturdy handle and nice spout. This may work better for the size of your fridge if you are looking for something a bit smaller than the 20 cup ready pour. I am a fan of cups and circular pitchers. This one is aesthetically nice and great for a dinner party!

We all know the adage of needing 8 cups of water a day...and this is by far the easiest, best, cleanest, purest way of doing just that!

I've had three pitches; one with a spout....garbage, spout kept breaking; an 8 cup that I've had for over 10 years and still in great condition. Two months ago purchased the 10 cup and I love it. I have never been disappointed with my Zero products. Live in the mountains a lot of iron in the well water also have a water system and our Zero water tastes great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Buyer Beware

We went from a Brita to Zero Water becuase I thought we would get better water with a long filter life.Our tap water never tasted bad and when put through the Brita it was very good and the filter lasted about 3-4 months.Got the counter dispenser and 3 filters.We live in Mass and the water is pretty good,about 110-120 with really no taste.The first 3 weeks of using ZeroWater was great.Water tasted good, very good.By the 6th week the water tasted RANCID.I tasted the tap water,no taste.I changed the filter and again, after 6 weeks the water tastes RANCID.I have changed the filter with the third one and this is it.NO MORE. I figured out what this company does... they make the water taste horrible after a certain amount of time so you go out and buy their expensive filters.I can drink my own tap water and it tastes better.So,Dont buy what this company has to sell.Its a bunch of bull.You are comitted to buying their filters to drink their water and have it not taste like a sour lemon. HORRIBLE. I will be going back to my Brita after this new filter goes rancid after about 7 weeks.

Don't buy!!!!!

Rather leave no stars! Right out of the box cleaned and filled to comeback to a refrigerator full of water..... seriously this thing leaks right out of the box? Will be getting a refund!!!
