Hello, This was an eye opener...I bought this 5x WaterFilter and am not disappointed...My house water does have a filtration system but using this got
us to"Zerowater" impurities...Thank you...Maybe the company can send this product down to help folks in Florida...Just a thought...Cheers from Maine.

Im so happy with this Zero Water pitcher. Its easy to fill and easy to use. Some mornings I turn on the faucet and I can smell the chlorine in the water but with the Zero Water pitcher the water has 0 smell and 0 taste! Its wonderful. I love having the convenience of having the meter right there on top for testing too.

Thought I would like this design,it still needs work,fills slowly,spills easy,pour spout too small,other hand has to hold up the floppy cover.

I love zero water! I love the filter tester! Wow! What a concept to include a tester, so I know when the filter needs to be changed. So important and knowing that my water is pure water! When Mike Adams, the health ranger, tested it in his lab and Zero water and it was at the top of the list. It was a no-brainer for me! Thank you for a great product

Purchased this water pitcher after using the 10 Cup Pitcher and noticed that when pouring, the water doesn't run out smoothly, like the 10 Cup Pitcher, it gurgles and splashes out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Design flaw

Purchased this round 10 cup pitcher about 4-5 months ago. From the start, a concerning details was the depression on the lid to fior the tester. It always fills with water when refilling, needs to be wiped dry, and the tested is not needed to sit there all the time.
I removed the tester and try to clean that small pool of water regularly, but if left for a day or two, it gets slimy.

REALLY Great-MUCH better than Brita!

I just bought this pitcher in hopes of getting that nasty chlorine taste out of my water. I have been using Brita since it was invented, and while it improved taste, it didn't fully do the job. That was confirmed as I tested the water. Tap=138. Brita-filtered=64. ZeroWater filtered=0. Just water, no flavor, which I like. My tea and coffee are a hundred times better. I know that other companies that have sought to do better filtration have gone out of business - I hope that doesn't happen to ZeroWater because it really works. I read complaints about the spigot failure in the pitchers, and to be honest, are spigots really necessary? I bought 2 pitchers-one for home and one for work without the spigots, but I had to get smaller capacity. A pitcher with clean water is all you need-pouring is not that difficult.
I would recommend this to a friend!
