I haven’t been using the Breville Fast Slow Pro for very long yet but I’m already extremely impressed with it. It’s very easy to use and feels like a truly premium appliance.
One of my favorite features is the automatic steam release which makes pressure cooking much more convenient and safe. I also love the variety of preset programs that automatically adjust the time and temperature for different dishes. It makes cooking so much simpler.
Overall, it’s a very versatile multicooker with excellent build quality and so far I’m really happy with my purchase.
I've been using it with pleasure for almost 4 years. It served me like a soldier saving me bunch of time. It died today with E0 verdict displayed. Amen!
This is the first pressure cooker I have used. It was intimidating to begin with. Six or seven dishes later it’s easy. Cleaning the pot is effortless. The ease of use, speed of cooking and cleaning makes cooking much less laborious. The food is more flavourful than my other methods of cooking have produced. I’m very glad I have one now.
Pour moi elle a cuit des pois de chiche pour un temps record de 25mn au lieu 2 ou 3 heures qui me prend pour les cuire facon normal, les pois de chiche sont devenu tendre avec un minimum d'eau.
This is our first pressure cooker -- a step up from our old rice cooker. So far we are very happy. Main drawback is that the design requires a little more attention to various parts (mostly the stuff on top) in order to achieve safe and correct operation. In contrast, the controls on the side are fairly easy to use. Our hope is this machine is as well built as it appears to be, and will last us for many years to come.
