We do understand the inconvenience this may have caused if you are experiencing problem upgrading to Windows 11. The motherboard is definitely Windows 11 compatible, or compliant. To successfully upgrade to Windows 11, you need to have Window 10 version 2004 or later.

ROG motherboards are always a pleasure to work with. The ROG Maximus X Hero has by far the best overclocking support I've ever used on a motherboard. It automates overclocking settings, maintains necessary power levels, and will even automate overclocking based on temperature requirements set by the user. Not having to install an i/o guard makes installation so much easier. The integrated WiFi works well, as do the NVME and all the USB ports in their various speeds and flavors. You can't go wrong with this motherboard.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Performance and quality are factors we all want in a motherboard, this one has been a champion for years now. Running for days and days with no issues. A great product.
