Got the case a month ago. Very east to install and offers the right amount of protection for an open case. A little on the noisy side though. Every time I put it in my pocket all I hear is "I, am your father".

The purple/pink model had scratches and discolouration after a month. The sleek surface shows all the imperfections immediately. However, it does its job of protecting the phone. I drop my phone often and haven’t had any issues. But, it doesn’t stay pretty for long. I hope they come out with this colour in the classic rougher design of otter box cases.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
