very nosie&the light is dimE THE OLD UNIT WAS MUCH QUITER AND HAD TWO BULBS MUCH BETTER LIGHT. THIS ONE IS VERY NOISEY.

I like my fan, pulls odors right out. I only use the low setting because it is quite loud if you turn it up.

Perfect in Every Way

Purchased this item to replace an old range hood to match my white GE Profile Stove Top. It's a much better product by far and looks great! Easy install by my contractor although the screws which accompany the unit are too short. All burners function in a timely fashion and the hood removes kitchen odors without the distraction of a loud noise even on the third setting.Cleaning has been no problem although the grates are a bit heavy. We use 2 LED par 20 50 watt bulbs and they light up the entire stove top area with color (3000k) that matches the color of the LED bulbs underneath the cabinets.

Really like the various speed options for the fan

This was for a new home and the builder only offered a 2 speed fan so we upgraded to the 4 speed version. Really glad we did. It effectively clears the cooking area quickly and fairly quietly.

Purchased this past summer would not buy again the hood is very awkward. When turning on the lights just seems you have to feel around to access light,fan good over hangs to far.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We purchased this hood to replace a recirculating hood. It fit perfectly with just a little bit of sanding to our existing cabinet. If you're starting from scratch with a remodel you won't have any issues, the dimensions given are accurate. The extractor fans work well, are fairly quiet on the low settings and very effective at clearing smoke at the higher settings. Our overnight guests appreciate the 'night' setting for the lights.
