surprised by disappointment

I wanted to like this monitor, I use Dell monitors daily at work and chose the brand for their realistic color. I was quite disappointed when I turned this monitor on, it had an excessive warm color cast. No amount of adjusting produced satisfactory color and it also had an intermittent problem where it would go dark for a second. Big disappointment in the product, I promptly returned it.
