Fantastic headphones

Have had my Flex BT ANC for a few months now and love them.
Perfect for drowning out the office at work, for late night TV watching while the family is asleep, and just relaxing to some tunes.

Bluetooth connectivity is constant and jitter free, and battery life is incredible considering I mix match with ANC on and off.
Sound quality is great and the price is reasonable. Half the price of BOSE QC (here in Aus) including the shipping.
I highly recommend these headphones to anyone that listens!
2 from 2 outstanding products I have now from JLAB, these and my Epic2 BT's. Now looking at what I can make number3!

Better than Beats for less!

Just got these from my wife and kid's for for Christmas. Have had a few jlab earbuds, and like them all, but had been looking for some over ear headphones so put these on my Christmas wish list. I am a musician who has picky taste in how things sound and even though these are not fully burned in yet, they sound just amazing! Super clear mids, crisp highs and solid bass. I have listened to many headphones including beats and the only pair that came close sound wise cost over$400. Also very comfortable to wear and fold nicely in the case for travel- and the separate cord that can be replaced if needed is an added bonus!

So far, I'm loving the headset. I was amazed how comfortable the headset rests on my head and fits over my ears.
Works great with my iPhone listening to music or watching videos and youtube, etc.
But, when i synced the headset with my Macbook Pro running Sierra I started having issues. Looks like with the new release of macOS Sierra, there is some bluetooth issues cutting in and out. But on macOS El Capitan it works flawlessly. If you do purchase this, I would hold out for the next Sierra update that would fix bluetooth drivers or stick with El Capitan for a bit. Regardless, Apple's Sierra bluetooth issue is out of JLabs control so i'm keeping it at 5 Stars.

I recently purchased the Flex headphones for my wife - she asked for Bose, but I had purchased 2 Bomboras and several earbuds in the past so when the Flex came out and with a much more decent price range and with the new ear-shaped cups, why there was no other choice but to get these babies and Rock It Out. Only thing is, I now have to get my wife a set of these Flex headphones. Sound is great right out of the box. I do not know if burn-in really makes a difference, I just use them every day and enjoy. Thanks for a brand new awesome product. #RockItOut.

I bought my son this item as a present thinking that it was a gaming headset but it wasn't but we kept it anyway and when he used them to listen to music the sound was sooooo! crisp and clear even with them on his head (on both ears) I was amazed it definitely wasn't a bad investment too bad that he couldn't use them for his games keep up the good work very good product

Consistent Quality Problems

First of all, I'd like to mention that the customer service from the JLab team has been excellent but unfortunately I can't recommend the Flex BT headphones from my experience. I've twice returned the headphones due to the hinge cracking and now my third replacement can't connect to devices via bluetooth (it connects for a few seconds then crackles out). I should preface I work in an office and I'm certainly not putting the headphones thru hard use. I would go thru the warranty process again but not for a 3rd time considering I reside in Canada and sending another defective product back to JLab for warranty is turning out to be cost prohibitive due to the international shipping costs. I can't speak on JLab's other products but I would advise that people avoid the BT Flex and potentially look at JLab's other line-up of products.

Best dj/studio wireless headphones better n beats

When I got these for black Friday i was amazed at how they look they look like studio headphones but i thought they are for bass heads and which im actually a total fan of bass a whole lot of it plus the noise cancelling is so good i was in shock and the bass is so sweet and its wireless awe man extra points for that these are my favorite
I would recommend this to a friend!
