Great phone. Its got a great display screen that i can see from almost any angle. Its light to to hold which could be a little problem as i feel i may drop it. Sometimes having weight inst a bad thing, it helps me to know that i have a firm grip on the phone. Its made of plastic, so for a technologically awesome device, i can't believe Samsung would cut costs in this area. For the price, i would expect that the phone would be built to last a drop from 3 feet.
I do love the speaker, its loud and clear, even in the car with the air condition blowing, i can hear my phone calls. The size is great. If you want compact, then this phone was not designed for you. The screen is big which means the body will be to, something you have to accept.

Slim, lightweight design that packs a wallop

I would say the most awesome aspect of the phone so far is the voice command feature and the tactile functions on it. The widescreen is amazing and the clarity is better than a High Def tv. The screen capture function is something new and I am psyched to use. The boot up process is seamless and doesn't take forever. And one of the best features is that the phone gives you an option to turn the volume down on either notifications, phone or media. My other phone gave me the option only if I was in an app. Also there is this cool feature I have been hearing about regarding a motion sensor. Apparently, when you turn the phone over as it's ringing it will immediately silence the phone. Or if you wave your hand over it it will do the same thing. I think that's pretty impressive. Thanks samsung for making a wonderful product, once again. I haven't owned a samsung since 06 because at that time the products were inferior to Motorola, now you guys are top of the line!

Cons: no camera button

this phone is amazing and the best phone i ever had it fast camara is amazing video recording is great and the video calling is the best
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, less buttons more touch screen
Cons: expensive, not quadcore for the us version

Great features and screen, feels flimsy/plasticy though

I'm used to other Android phones that have a little weight to them even if it adds bulk to my phone and this phone scares me. The GS3 is just flimsy and light but everything else about the phone is great (screen, software, camera, features, etc). If you can get past the light and plasticy feel of it (buy a hard case like I did so you don't have to be so scared to break it) this is the best phone on the market for Android hands down. The screen is beautiful and it's super super fast and responsive.
This is my first Samsung phone since the Original Blackjack on AT&T and I'm very happy with it so far. Had a lot of friends I talked to with the older GS phones so I feel like I made the right choice.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, hardware, screen size
Cons: feels too plasticy and flimsy

I love the design and the big screen. One thing that sort of turns me down is the battery life. I thought that they have fix this problem already. I am a proud owner of a Vibrant and I love what Samsung did on this line up.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, performance
