I Just bought my Galaxy SIII almost two weeks ago and I absolutely LOVE it. The screen is huge and the image quality is great. If I had to come up with one thing I didnt like about it I would have to say the fact that it is too big to fit in my back pocket... but I can deal with that for such a great phone

Cons: Too big

Smooth, rich, and oh so sweet

My goodness, where do I begin? The first thing to strike me about the phone when I took it out of the box was, predictably, it's size. The next? It's weight. Purely physically, this phone is a dream, with an expansive screen, light build, and smooth finish that is far from being "too big," at least for my hands.
Once it's on, the S3 proves that it's casing isn't the only smooth thing about it. It runs like a dream. It glides right through all I ask it to do. It doesn't even stutter over taking pictures, and might I add that said pictures are amazing. Crystal clear in the light, and just as much so with an illuminating flash. And of course, it's dripping with features that run well and are functional. The first time I flipped my phone over to silence a call, I nearly squealed with joy. Ditto for placing my hand over the screen to pause my music.
The things that have really stood out to me since I got it are the varying levels of screen brightness (from boldly cutting through the sun to sparing my eyes from burning in the dark) and the Flipboard application, which is a fun and neat way to get social network and news updates.
My criticisms are few and minor. S Voice is, quite frankly, a gimmick. It's much too slow and not proficient enough at English and carrying out tasks to be of much help. But it isn't really necessary. Setting reminders and checking the weather are all simple things to do without asking a robot to do it for me.
Overall, the S3 is striking beautiful, wonderfully fast, and all around proficient. Its screen is likely the most disputable of its traits--that comes down to preference. I love it.
