Great & durable phone

For 2 years this phone served me perfectly. Great product. Recently upgraded Android to 4.3 and hooked it up with Gear 2 Neo watch. Worked like charm without a hitch.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color

This product is very solid and comes with great features. Only problem was a faulty on button that got stuck but after getting it exchanged I never faced this problem again. After owning the Galaxy s3 I have definitely become a Samsung enthusiast.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight

Save yourself the frustration

This phone would be such a great phone if it weren't for all it's malfunctions. I had the phone for less than a year when I had to get it replace because the camera stopped working, something to do with the hardware. Again less than a year and then the replacement phone stopped charging. Sometimes it charges, sometimes it doesn't, sometimes it drains while plugged into the wall and turned off. I've tried different chargers, which worked for a while, and now even those won't work. Called again because my sister had the same problem and got a replacement phone for it, but because this is already my replacement phone because of the camera issue it isn't under warranty. I haven't dropped my phone or gotten it wet or done anything, it's just problems with the phone. Google them, they are recurring and tons of people have them, both problems, the camera and charging issues. Good customer service. but what the heck. I don't need much from a phone, but I sure do need it to charge.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, won't charge!!!!!, camera hardware failure
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Although I'm not a big fan of smart phones, this one is better than I expected. It is not too big and not too small, and is easy to hold. The keypad is easy to use when the phone is held horizontally. The entire phone is very rugged and puts up with a lot of usage.
Pros: Bright display, Durable

The SIII is great just wish it was easier to keep my old contacts on it. It will but resets itself just when I need an important number. I have to Sync it almost every day.
Other than that it works great 5 star product.
