Easy to clean.

My great bosch cooktop

I looked at different brands and i keep coming to the bosch cooktop. The reputation of bosch, the look, quality and price (5 burners) sold me. My wife was annoyed that I bought it without her knowledge. But she was very happy after she saw it and used it. I am glad that I bought the bosch cooktop

After 14 years of cooking on electric, I am delighted to be back to cooking in gas. I also purchased their dishwasher and microwave.

5 burner cooktop

Defective Center Burner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were thrilled to discover this cooktop with 5 burners, to replace a 20-year old 4-burner cooktop that did not look very good anymore. Unfortunately, the center burner does not light properly. Gas flows out for a second or so that you can smell it and then it ignites with a big swoosh -- scary! We had a technician replace some parts, but he could not improve its performance after fiddling with it for 2 hours. We are now trying to have the whole cooktop replaced, but wonder if that is a basic design fault that replacing it would not fix. We like the cooktop otherwise, its looks, and especially the simmering feature of 2 of the burners.
