800 Series Gas Cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We went from a 4-burner cooktop with a grill to this 5-burner cooktop. Miss my grill but loving being able to have 5 pots going at the same time. The only thing we've noticed is that, when we have pots on either of the front burners, the control knob next to it gets really hot because of the heat coming off the pot. Maybe we have the pot too close, but we try to center the pots over the burners. We've only been using it for about a month and are still learning. Great product. Easy to clean.

Updated features, nice cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement for the one we installed when our house was built. There are features I love, like the rings under the cook plates that come off and can be cleaned. That makes it so much easier to keep the unit nice. I dislike the knobs and the fact that one slight bump and the ingniter is clicking. Still wish the BTUs were higher when converter to LP but it is one of the higher ones on the market.

800 nSeries Gas Top

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to replace our old GE cooktop after 17 years. We had to find a replacement, and this unit fits in nicely, and it also had an extra burner. So far, it works really well, and clean-up is easy. The grates are heavy-duty. I like that it has a red light indicating a burner is active. The only drawback is that the knobs can get hot if cooking for an extended period when the pot reflects heat towards them. Installation was fairly easy. This cooktop excels when compared to others that would work for us. Quality. It was not priced in the middle tier when compared to other replacements.
