[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product works well. I would rather the knobs were on the side rather than in the front. As you take things on/off the cooktop you can very easily inadvertently hit knobs causing them to attempt to start. Nothing exactly dangerous, just inconvenient. Otherwise, quick starting and good amount of control. I would also appreciate smallest firing burner placed in front rather than back

Product needs improvement and can be better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Changed cooktop from kitchenaid to Bosch after 20 years. Find the operation of Bosch smooth. But for the money spent the product can use improvements and can be better. The burners sit quite low below the grates so it takes time for pots and pans to heat up. Flame makes handles of pots and pans very hot and can burn hands if not careful. In two weeks of use, carbon is already sticking to the aluminium burners which I find hard to clean with soap and water. It will need scrubbing and will make scratch marks to remove carbon built up. THe Grates are heavy and hard to remove and clean the cooktop. It takes more time and effort to clean compared to my older glass cooktop. Sorry to say but after two weeks of use I wish I did'nt spend $1000 for it and kept my old cooktop.

Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only cleaned my new cooktop a few times, but I can already tell, it is going to be much easier to clean than my old gas cooktop. The fact that it is mostly a 'smooth' surface is the key. I love how clean and streamlined this looks, too.

The spacing of the burners makes it convenient to cook with more than one large pot or pan. I like the different burner sizes are small pots and large pans.

The Bosch cooktop supplied FD 030600312 not well thought out with gas knobs on top of stove top constantly being splattered with hard to clean grease.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
