Bought 9 months ago, now one light bulb went out

Two light bulbs, only one still working. After I remove the light bulb, it has 3000hr lifetime label printed on. The hood is still in one year warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased the Sahale in July of this year 2020. I purchased it because of Braun's reputation, that the screens can be removed, the filter replaced and the beautiful design. However, the exhaust s extremely loud. It is so loud, that when I have a dinner party and someone happens to be in the kitchen while cooking, it's impossible to carry a
conversation. Which is very embarrassing. Also, if I use only the low speed it becomes unbearable to cook. The box it came in states it's a low sound exhaust. This model needs some improvement or the box shouldn't state that the exhaust is a low sound. If I had known, I would have definitely purchased a different model. As I stated it has some good features and the the design is great, but the design is insignificant if the product doesn't function.

We appreciate you sharing your experience with model BKSH130SS. This model should operate at 1.5 Sones on normal speed and 5.0 on High. While that does generate some noise, it should be a tolerable level and normal conversation should not be difficult. Please reach out to our Technical Support Team directly at 800-637-1453.
