Easy to install

I bought a BCJ136 range hood. I had to wait about a month because it was on backorder. When I received it everything was okay except the LCD button panel was not fastened on one side. I couldnt see how it was fastened because it is in a very tight place you cant see it only by feel .I did figure out how to hold it in place with a piece of styrofoam against it held with pressure against it when i closed the panel to that area. Your guality control or the person who installed that panel didnt make sure it was fastened very well. Everthing else works fine but disappointed in the quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!
