Love this printer!

I use this printer daily to print shipping labels wirelessly from my phone. It has been a great printer so far and I have had only one small issue which I needed help from customer support on and they were fantastic with getting my printer back up and running in no time! Wish I would have purchased this a long time ago!

I initially received a machine that wasn't working, but after contacting customer support that was very responsive and helpful, they ended up sending me a new one. This machine works perfectly and was very quick and easy to get working. I was nervous because I have a Mac but I have no idea why people have had any issues, mine works perfectly. Love it for my small business!

So convenient

The wireless options (wifi/bluetooth) for this thermal printer are SO convenient for someone that uses a laptop - and a Macbook Pro with no regular USB port at that! Sometimes small parts of the shipping labels come out slightly fuzzy, but it hasn't affected their scanning ability at all. The only thing I would change would be to give this printer a standby feature, so I don't have to manually turn it on and off all the time.
