Noisy startup

Our new dryer dries very well. But we have a serious vibration when the unit starts. I’m sure it’s just a wire that is not properly secured- and it is touching something it shouldn’t. I hate that i have to call service for a brand new appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
