Does not dry efficiently and door difficult to opn

Just bought this dryer and does not seem to dry efficiently. Also door is so difficult to open that it causes the unit to slide out of place which will throw off leveling. Requires a service repair. Same door issue with the washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Efficient machine with lots of options!

This unit runs smoothly, efficiently, and quietly. I appreciate all of the pre-set options, as well as the ability to tweak them (say, to choose between 'high' and 'very high' heat).

this dryer is huge. i love all the settings. the only thing i dont care about is how often you need to clean out the lint tray. i am worried that by taking out all the time it will become flimsy and will break.

I'm totally in love with my new washer, it has multiple settings that allow me to select what i need for the pieces I'm washing, its very big inside, so even my comforters fit in there
