Unreliable product

I bought this product for the 2018/2019 school years. After I purchased it the hard drive failed and it was replaced by Asus. However it's almost always running at 100% disk and is almost unusable it is so slow. It was generally unreliable for school. I have always liked asus products because they are generally reliable. But this product has been very problematic.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
