I had high hopes for this dishwasher but to be honest if I had it to do over I would not buy it. The instructions are very hard to understand and follow. I've even tried watching a youtube video but that didn't help either. After a month I still haven't figured out how to use some of the features. I can't figure out how to turn off the automatic rinse, or turn on some of the rinse/sanitize features. My old dishwasher had clips for small items, this one does not and smaller items end up turning upside down. I use powder dishwasher soap and the soap dispenser is super difficult to get filled from the soap box without spilling soap all over the inside of the dishwasher and the dishes close to the dispenser. I'm about to kick it to the curb and get a different brand.

Living goods installed our dishwasher drawers last month and we have attempted to use them, but they short out and never finish the cycle. It is not an electrical problem on our system. Still waiting for service to see what the problem is.

I was very excited to get this unit. The top drawer is what I use almost daily. I have used the bottom drawer only occasionally because we are empty nesters and don’t have that much daily washing to do.
My completed kitchen was delivered sometime in May and I have used the bottom drawer a few times and this last week I noticed water on the floor and when I got down on the floor noticed it was leaking at two points. They were trickles but the water did puddle.
I reached out to the appliance retailer and the service person who gave window of 3-6pm yesterday called at 2pm and rescheduled for today. I am keeping my fingers crossed that this will be resolved soon. Out of an abundance of caution I am taking on further expense with an extended warranty since the warranty is only 1 year.

Top drawer restarts continuously - 3rd repair visit scheduled for tomorrow since it was installed about 1 month ago!! I can’t use it unless I sl add o use the app to know the run time & set an alarm to stop at end of the cycle. Even then j have to leave it open or it will restart.
