Great features, excellent picture, bad apps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was purchased over a month ago. After using it on a regular basis I can say that this is an excellent TV. Picture quality is simply awesome. The only downfall for this TV are the apps. The apps keeps crashing or freezing and the only way to resolve this is turning off the TV (all updates have been installed).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I am happy with the TV. The picture is very clear, definitely brings out a lot of detail; no more ragged looking letters. Some people complain that webOS is slow, I disagree. My TV turns on in about 2 seconds and I can bring up Netflix or Amazon Prime Video in 5 seconds or less; usually less. If I had to find a negative about anything I would say the screen is a little too bright; about twice as bright as my older LG 55". Maybe it's just something I have to get used too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the TV a month now. I have mastered all the many wonderful picture & sound options and I couldn't be happier. Bright beautiful 4K picture and no need for a sound bar. Buy it, then take the time to know everything it can do, enough said.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I nae had this set for a few weeks and I am blown away by to picture quality. The upscaling of the HD cable signal to 4K makes a huge improvement. Watching Dolby Vision and HDR10 is totally crazy great! This is my first 4K television and LG is my new favorite brand. The only thing that could make this set better is support for eARC. Maybe a firmware update?
