A Great Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this phone a couple of days ago an upgrade from LG G5. The model is a great improvement from the previous model and it feels more sturdy. The screen is larger but I miss the LED indicator.

LG does it again with the G6

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At the time of this review, I have been using this device for two months. I've been a long fan of LG phones, and this one doesn't disappoint. Great user interface, smooth operation, sleek look and feel. I attached three photos to demo the camera quality. If you favor Android but haven't used LG before, I'd still recommend this device. Even in late 2018, the G6 is super fast, highly compatible with most apps, and very attractively priced compared to some of the popular flagship phones. Buy this phone. Like me, you will likely be highly satisfied!

On month 17 of having the phone, it would not come on. I have been trying to get the replacement through the LG Second Year Promise Program that I joined timely. The promise is to have replacement phone within two business days of claim. It has been 16 days since claim was approved. Still no phone. Not even acknowledgement from LG of receipt of my defective phone that UPS confirms as received. Was told by LG cannot give me a date on when I will get a phone. Poor customer service since no one assisting and not even the phone carrier able to assist since this is LG program per the carrier. Think twice before purchasing and thinking you will get a replacement phone timely.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Enjoying my g6

My sister and i both got the g6 within the same few weeks of eachother so I've seen my fair share of issues with both here and there, but I'm not disappointed. They both run smoothly and can take a beating, my sister dropped hers in the toilet and after the water cleared from the speakers it worked great again. Ive had no hiccups with mine yet but over all I'm pretty happy. I've owned every model starting from the g2 and they get better every time.
