Plastic SIM card tray

plastic sim card tray broke when i used the tool that was provided with the phone. the sim card and sd card are the same tray. i just wanted to put a sd card in with more memory and when doing so the plastic broke and now is in my phone and my cell company won't help. now i have a very expensive paper weight and looking for new cell company. I would upload pics but i don't have a phone!
Pros: easy to use

It's a fast running, smooth phone with a great camera (the wide angle lense is an awesome feature) and a great screen. Even after more than half a year I would still recommend this phone to anyone looking for great pone for a great value.

I expected a faster update to Oreo though with LG's overall smaller number of phones compared to the other major competitors. Only other knock is the sometimes poor battery life. Inconsistent drainage while doing the same things daily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the phone has been a good buy. There are a few things that I would like to be able to customize. Like the text massaging bubble and font. Or the notification vibration type to a heart beat or even customize one. I do like the finger print lock and facial recognition lock. My last phone was a Samsung Galaxy S5. That had some features that I do miss. But all in all I've learned to do with out.
