I've been buying lg phones since i was in 9th grade starting with the g2. I've had every model up to the g6 and i have liked all of them, so far although each has come with their own problems. My g6 is running strong and all the features work pretty well, although i wish we kept the same 16megapixel camera the g5 had. Also not thrilled with the battery life and I'm kind of stuck with it because I'll have to have the phone sent in to even get it replaced. I like this phone overall, will probably buy the g7 or a v next .

I bought this phone a couple months ago and the majority of it works fine except the actual phone part. The reception is awful. It is constantly cutting out and doesn't ring when people call. I have spoke with LG & At&t and neither one have any solutions to fix it. I quit using the phone and went back to an old phone and have great service again.

I love LG washers but I should have stuck with Samsung when comes to cell phones. Initially this phone seemed good but over time Voice texting awful, unable to understand simple words,sometimes wont even work when green microphone pressed.
Phone has been serviced once and recently master reset to wipe phone clean. Phone still has voice texting issues and I will be on a screen and just reverts back to home screen for no reason. I feel like the for the money I spent this should be a way better phone. All I expect from a phone is to talk w/ friends/family, voice text and look occasional things up. I don't store huge files or listen to any downloaded music so not sure why this phone under performs for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will attempt to summarize what a excellent product this is from a business user who has owned virtually every flagship through my t-mobile jump on demand service. This is my favorite phone I have ever used. Perfect size, not too big as the bulky and cumbersome 7 plus fruit. The phone is very nice looking and the fingerprint button and layout of the keys is perfect. The customization options on this device are off the charts with the lock screen notifications and the useful lg software. I use the N launcher in combination with some of the lg software and its the best looking and easiest to use of anything I have had including seven plus and note 7; not even close. The cameras are awesome; you can read reviews or watch videos on you tube but I took this phone to Charleston on vacation and took some of the most incredible twilight landscape photos I have ever seen. I will upload actual photo at end of review. Good battery life, excellent build, great call quality and sweet spot with big screen and great feel with very convenient fingerprint sensor. Another manufacturers afterthought on a more expensive device is a joke. T-Mobile is the true uncarrier and this phone is my favorite to date for multiple reasons; free google home is icing on cake. Take some of these negative reviews with a grain of salt as they are bogus. I have owned and used them all and this is the bomb; period!
