It was quick and easy to have a recalibrated very economical but I'll tell you what the days it was gone being recalibrated I did not drink and drive at all because I had no way of checking myself. So it would have made for a nervous driving if you didn't have a way to verify you were legal. So I think I will probably have one of these machines for the rest of my life because I ain't going to jail for drunk driving ever again I wasted too much money and too much time

Needed recalibration but I received a new one instead because apparently it was within the warranty period. This is now the third one I have received; the first one did not work and was returned. The second was acting squirrely and I was told it needed to be recalibrated. Hence, I am now on number 3. Here's hoping.

I sent my Bac Track Pro model in for recalibration and they mailed me a brand new one. They even reminded me to send my old one in because there was a lapse between the time I paid for recalibration and actually sending it. I use my BAC Track religiously and recommend it all the time.
