Bought this unit over a year ago and sent it for calibration. It took a little longer than I expected but that was my fault as I sent it over Christmas holidays and it had to be calibrated in California, and I am in Ontario, Canada. When I received it back it appears that mine could not be calibrated so they sent me a new one at no cost to me. Be sure to keep this in a place that it does not get too hot or cold!!!! Read the directions that you receive with this unit and you will love it!!!

I had mine for less than a year so when it needed to be re-calibrated, it was a simple and easy process. I love the convenience of this device. Anyone working around or in the alcohol industry should have this.

I bought this several years ago and have had it recalibrated previously and sent it to the company to have it calibrated again. Imagine my surprise when they returned a BRAND NEW S75 Pro model. I have never had any treatment from any company like this before. You have to love this company. I do. Love my BACtrack and use it a lot. Invaluable to me!!!
