I was expecting all sorts of delays by sending my device from Canada to the USA for recalibration. Customs in both directions. Nope, back within two weeks! We live in a nanny state where are cars are seized and licence suspended if over .049%, but we are not charged with impaired driving till we exceed .08%. Bactrack has taught me that going out for one beer can set you over, if you haven't eaten.

I sent in my S80 for calibration but the sensor had failed and the service could not be performed. After speaking with a rep about the issue and the history of the unit I was offered a refurbished unit! Great company! Definitely knows the value of good customer service. If you haven't sent your unit in for calibration... what are you waiting for!
