I live in a country with the strictest drink/drive laws and limits in the world (Italy). If you are over the limit, even by a fraction, you go through absolute hell (no more driving, hefty fines, criminal record, etc). This products tells you when you are over, or when you are close. It lets you understand how other factors (food, rest, stress, type of drinks) affect your body and the way it reacts to alcohol. It is also a foolproof way of understanding if somebody else you are with is about to get at the wheel when he/she should not. This should be in everybody's car, full stop. It helps you keep track of what your results are over time, and all of it from your mobile phone.

I have been using the Bactrack breathalyzer for over a year now and I love it. I never go to a party without it. If I drive I only have one or two drinks anyways but having this device has helped me when I haven't eaten much because waiting 30 minutes does make a difference. Would definitely recommend it!!!

20 years ago I was pulled over and blew a .08 which is the limit in my state. I never want that to happen again and this tool helps keep me from getting even close to the limit if I am driving. I've always wanted to make the best decisions possible about safely driving after consuming alcohol and this tool now allows me to be better educated. Thank you for developing this!
