I like the convenience of not having to bend over like you do have to with a regular dishwasher. I do wish they did not discontinue the 10 piece place setting model because the 7 piece is just to small. Hard to fit bowls when you have plates and glasses in there to try to make a full load. I feel, it is great on saving water as my water bill has not really gone up and it is used with not a full load. Pretty quiet while in use. Overall, it works for two of us my husband & I but for a family with kids, not so much.
