Oven trouble

I'm very discouraged by the this oven on this range. Although the stove works fine, the oven dial does not have temperature marks but numbers keyed to a list on the front panel which are hard to read. And, then, there is no way to adjust the temperature in between the set numbers. In addition there is a convection setting but even when I do not turn that on the fan comes on anyway. I much prefer my old oven.

Oven very disappointing.

Not able to preset a precise temperature in the oven. Numbers do not correspond to actual temperature and if too hot or not hot enough takes a long time to adjust. Noisy fan stays on after the oven has been turned off for what seems like forever.
Poor arrangement of burners. Better to have a medium upfront and lowest temperature burner in the back.
