This refrigerator was recommended by my salesperson. I had never heard of the brand but am so happy he suggested. For me, appliances are necessary evils, can't be without them but I can think of so many other things to spend my money on! This fridge is GREAT! I will suggest to friends or family when they are shopping for a new fridge.

The unit is very nice to look at, but I don’t think it’s worth the price. The design causes anything on the top shelf to be subject to freezing. The icemaker is pretty bad. It makes too few cubes. You have to keep pushing the turbo feature to get a decent amount of ice. The water dispenser is nice. Also, some sort of lighting in the freezer drawer would be good.

The water dispenser leaks constantly. We had the appliance vendor come out to try and fix it, they told us it was a plumbing issue, we had the plumbing modified, it still doesn't work. They say the valve can't work if there is air in the line, which we can't get rid of completely due to our water filtration system, but no other water valves in my home have this issue. I bought this fridge specifically for the water dispenser and its nothing but a problem. The temperature control for this fridge is also spotty. Ice cream stored in the freezer changes day to day from too hard to scoop to soft serve.

Our new 17.1 cu ft refrigerator replaces a similar model fifteen year old that was unfortunately ruined by an electrical voltage surge. We now have surge protectors in place! The new fridge matched the old, but was almost an inch higher, requiring some alteration of cabinetry. It looks great, performs well, and meets all our needs. We re-used the egg tray from the old fridge because the new one lacks that feature. All in all, after just a couple of months, we are entirely pleased

Very disappointed. This is my second refrigerator. Bought my first one in 2013 and moved it to a second location. My new one feels like a tin can compared to my old one. The ice maker and rails for the pull out freezer had to be replaced immediately after the delivery. The even more disappointing thing is there is no light in the freezer! It is supposed to be the same size as my old one but feels much smaller.
