Hatchimals fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got the Hatchimals Secret Scene Playset and my girls have had so much fun already! The magic of the secret telescope was the first thing they discovered and then they opened it to find the playset, it was magical. My 6 year old has a big imagination and has really enjoyed the play time so far!

We love Secret Scene Colleggtibles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter is OBSESSED with all things Hatchimals, especially the Colleggtibles! Imagine her surprise, excitement and complete bliss when she saw the new Hatchimals Secret Scene waiting for her play attention, immediately following school.
The box was easy to open, an adult could easily open it with a knife or box cutter. After you get it out of the box, twist the pink tabs underneath the scene and it is free for play.
My daughter loved the “kaleidoscope” scene" you peek in the top of the scene and are able to see an adorable Hatchimals colleggtible scene. To open the scene (you don’t know which one you get, it’s a surprise) you pull down the front Merry-go-round, and the flower pops up, and you are able to open the side panels.
Now, my daughter has a LOT of the little Colleggtibles, so she was so excited to see the one special one that comes with the scene. Hers was the pink squirrel or chipmunk. Absolutely adorable. It was a “more rare one”, too.
The scene has a slide, flower swing, simple merry-go-round, nests (tree bed).
She has been playing with this for over an hour now. Once again, Hatchimals did not disappoint us, and I am certain she will want to add the other scenes to her collection, soon.

Fun for all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 2-year-old boy was just as excited to play with the Hatchimals CollEGGtible as my 7-year-old girl! My girl likes the hidden scene and pop-up flower while the boy loves the trap-door and slide. The packaging was a little difficult: the spinners holding the egg to the cardboard base were hard to turn, which is always fun with anxious kids! It took me reading instructions to figure out how to open the egg, but now both kids are experts. A character is included with the set.

Super Eggcited

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An adorable toy just in time for Easter. My daughters ages 8 and 5 are obsessed with any thing Hatchimals. We've been on a short vacation and when we got back home they were welcomed with a Hatchimals package. Their eyes lit up with excitement. My first born asked me to video her unboxing and I was happy to oblige. You can hear my youngest giggle in the background while her sissy opens the box. I never have to tell her what to say, she knows what she likes about the toy. It was very colorful with lush greenery on the outside and the inside is like a whole hidden world. You can also peek through a hole on the top like a kaleidoscope and see the secret scene. It's the perfect size toy that they can take anywhere. She has been hoping to get bubblegum bloom and guess what? that is exactly the character she got. There are several places inside the egg that your favorite toy can hang out ... on a slide, in a swing and what seems like a carousel that goes around. Really neat features. When you are done playing, you can just close the egg back up and store. I also love the fact that this toy help kids to use their imagination. You will never get disappointed with this one. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My girls, (7 and 9) were excited to open this Hatchimal playset. Getting it out of the box was simple and the girls read the instructions to figure out how to open it. The playset is colorful and attractive. Their favorite aspect of this toy was how the flower panel engaged the flower telescope to rise and allow them to open the sides. They had a few Colleggtibles from Christmas and retrieved those to play along with the one that came with the toy. They were pleased that several Hatchimals could be stored in the playset. They also enjoyed discovering all the different activities for their Hatchimals. This biggest disappointment for the kids was that the character did not come in an egg that they got to hatch. The picture through the telescope is fun but that is all it is.
Overall I think this is a fun toy for the kids.

Great for Hatchimal fans

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 2 daughters were excited to Hatchimals CollEGGtibles Secret Scene Set. They are both collectors of the mini Hatchimals and were eager to see what the egg had inside. While the secret scene was a novel idea, the viewfinder through which you look to "see" the scene was sort of a dud. It didn't really add much to the excitement and the "scene" they saw was just two Hatchimals with no clue as to what the scene looked like. Nevertheless, they brought out their other little Hatchimals and enjoy using the scene for imaginative play. It includes a slide, swing and resting places. It packs up nicely and doesn't have removable parts to deal with. It's a great idea for an Easter gift/basket for kids age 4-9.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were super stoked to be able to review this Hatchimals Secret Scene set! My 5 year old is OB.Sessed. My very first impression was that it is super colorful and eye catching in the box and my daughter was excited. My first complaint is that it was a nightmare to get this thing out of the packaging! The little pink tabs on the bottom were like little daggers that wouldn't let go and I had to cut away all of the cardboard to be able to get them off. Opening the little egg was like opening a space ship. WE LOVED THIS PART! It was way cool how the top lifted up, and we loved the little twirlies in there. We forgot to look at the scene until the end, but it was a neat after thought, though not a huge selling point. My second complaint is that the swing doesn't really swing because it's connected to the side of the egg and can only go forward a bit. My daughter got a cute little mouse in hers and she loved him. I wish it had come with two animals, since there are two seats for the merry go round and the little buckets on the middle part. This is really fun for ONE child, but when two children get involved it turns into a fight because there isn't enough room. It is the perfect size for a 4-6 year old to play with alone and it did keep my 5 year old entertained for a good 30 minutes. I don't think it will be a "go-to" toy for her, but it will be good to take in the car to keep her occupied.
